La prenotazione si considera confermata esclusivamente:
in caso di pagamento con carta di credito, al momento dell’avvenuto pagamento;
in caso di pagamento tramite bonifico bancario, al momento della ricezione dell’importo dovuto entro i termini indicati.
Fino alla conferma del pagamento, Villa Agapanthus si riserva il diritto di rendere nuovamente disponibili le date richieste.
Sono accettate le seguenti modalità di pagamento:
Carta di credito (tramite circuito sicuro Stripe): pagamento dell’intero importo al momento della prenotazione.
Bonifico bancario: pagamento dell’intero importo entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla richiesta di prenotazione.
In caso di mancato pagamento nei tempi indicati, la prenotazione sarà automaticamente annullata.
Per tutte le prenotazioni, indipendentemente dal periodo del soggiorno e dalla modalità di pagamento, si applica la seguente politica di cancellazione:
Cancellazione gratuita fino a 60 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
In caso di cancellazione effettuata a meno di 60 giorni dall’arrivo, l’importo versato non è rimborsabile.
In caso di no-show (mancato arrivo senza comunicazione), l’importo versato non è rimborsabile.
Eventuali rimborsi, ove previsti dalla politica di cancellazione, verranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento scelto in fase di prenotazione:
pagamenti con carta di credito: rimborso sulla stessa carta utilizzata;
pagamenti tramite bonifico bancario: rimborso tramite bonifico sulle coordinate fornite dall’ospite.
Il rimborso verrà avviato entro 7 giorni lavorativi dalla conferma della cancellazione.
I tempi di accredito effettivi dipendono dal circuito bancario o dall’istituto di credito dell’ospite e non sono imputabili alla struttura.
In caso di partenza anticipata rispetto alle date prenotate, non è previsto alcun rimborso per le notti non usufruite.
Come previsto dalla normativa italiana, a seguito della conferma della prenotazione l’ospite riceverà via email o WhatsApp il contratto di locazione breve, che dovrà essere compilato e firmato prima dell’arrivo in struttura.
Il contratto ha lo scopo di regolare l’utilizzo dell’immobile durante il soggiorno e non modifica le condizioni di prenotazione, pagamento e cancellazione già accettate.
Eventuali richieste di modifica delle date del soggiorno sono soggette a disponibilità e devono essere concordate preventivamente con la struttura.
In presenza di imprevisti documentabili, Villa Agapanthus potrà valutare, a propria discrezione, la possibilità di:
riprogrammare il soggiorno in un altro periodo;
emettere un voucher utilizzabile per un futuro soggiorno.
Con il completamento della prenotazione e l’accettazione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni, l’ospite dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato integralmente quanto sopra.
Villa Agapanthus è una villa privata pensata per soggiorni pianificati e consapevoli.
La presente politica è stata definita per garantire un’esperienza serena, organizzata e trasparente, sia per gli ospiti che per la gestione della struttura.

A booking is considered confirmed only:
in the case of credit card payment, once the payment has been successfully completed;
in the case of bank transfer, once the full amount due has been received within the indicated time frame.
Until payment confirmation, Villa Agapanthus reserves the right to make the requested dates available again.
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit card (via secure Stripe payment system): full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bank transfer: full payment must be made within 3 working days from the booking request.
If payment is not received within the specified time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
For all bookings, regardless of the stay period and payment method, the following cancellation policy applies:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation made less than 60 days before arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable.
In case of no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the amount paid is non-refundable.
Any refunds, where applicable according to the cancellation policy, will be processed using the same payment method selected at the time of booking:
credit card payments: refund will be issued to the same card used for payment;
bank transfer payments: refund will be made via bank transfer to the bank details provided by the guest.
Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days from confirmation of the cancellation.
Actual credit times depend on the guest’s bank or card issuer and are not attributable to the property.
In case of early departure compared to the booked dates, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
As required by Italian regulations, after booking confirmation the guest will receive a short-term rental agreement via email or WhatsApp, which must be completed and signed before arrival.
The agreement is intended to regulate the use of the property during the stay and does not modify the booking, payment and cancellation conditions already accepted.
Any request to modify the booking dates is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with the property.
In the event of documented unforeseen circumstances, Villa Agapanthus may, at its sole discretion, evaluate the possibility to:
reschedule the stay for a different period;
issue a voucher to be used for a future stay.
By completing the booking and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the guest confirms having read, understood and fully accepted all the above conditions.
Villa Agapanthus is a private villa designed for planned and mindful stays.
These Terms and Conditions have been defined to ensure a transparent, well-organised and serene experience, both for guests and for the management of the property.

Die Buchung gilt ausschließlich als bestätigt:
bei Zahlung per Kreditkarte zum Zeitpunkt des erfolgreichen Zahlungseingangs;
bei Zahlung per Banküberweisung zum Zeitpunkt des Eingangs des fälligen Betrags innerhalb der angegebenen Frist.
Bis zur Zahlungsbestätigung behält sich Villa Agapanthus das Recht vor, die angefragten Termine erneut zur Buchung freizugeben.
Folgende Zahlungsmethoden werden akzeptiert:
Kreditkarte (über das sichere Stripe-Zahlungssystem): Zahlung des gesamten Betrags zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung.
Banküberweisung: Zahlung des gesamten Betrags innerhalb von 3 Werktagen ab Buchungsanfrage.
Bei ausbleibender Zahlung innerhalb der angegebenen Frist wird die Buchung automatisch storniert.
Für alle Buchungen, unabhängig vom Reisezeitraum und der Zahlungsart, gilt folgende Stornierungsrichtlinie:
Kostenlose Stornierung bis 60 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum.
Bei Stornierungen weniger als 60 Tage vor Anreise ist der gezahlte Betrag nicht erstattungsfähig.
Bei No-Show (Nichterscheinen ohne vorherige Mitteilung) ist der gezahlte Betrag nicht erstattungsfähig.
Etwaige Rückerstattungen, sofern gemäß den Stornierungsbedingungen vorgesehen, erfolgen über dieselbe Zahlungsmethode, die bei der Buchung verwendet wurde:
Kreditkartenzahlungen: Rückerstattung auf dieselbe verwendete Karte;
Banküberweisungen: Rückerstattung per Banküberweisung auf die vom Gast angegebenen Bankdaten.
Die Rückerstattung wird innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach Bestätigung der Stornierung veranlasst.
Die tatsächlichen Gutschriftzeiten hängen vom jeweiligen Kreditinstitut ab und liegen nicht in der Verantwortung der Unterkunft.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise im Vergleich zu den gebuchten Daten erfolgt keine Rückerstattung für nicht in Anspruch genommene Nächte.
Gemäß den italienischen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erhält der Gast nach Bestätigung der Buchung einen Kurzzeitmietvertrag, der per E-Mail oder WhatsApp übermittelt wird und vor der Anreise ausgefüllt und unterzeichnet werden muss.
Der Vertrag dient der Regelung der Nutzung der Immobilie während des Aufenthalts und ändert nichts an den bereits akzeptierten Buchungs-, Zahlungs- und Stornierungsbedingungen.
Anfragen zur Änderung der Aufenthaltsdaten unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit und müssen im Voraus mit der Unterkunft abgestimmt werden.
Bei nachweisbaren unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen kann Villa Agapanthus nach eigenem Ermessen prüfen, ob:
der Aufenthalt auf einen anderen Zeitraum verschoben werden kann;
ein Gutschein für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt ausgestellt wird.
Mit Abschluss der Buchung und Annahme dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen bestätigt der Gast, dass er den Inhalt gelesen, verstanden und vollständig akzeptiert hat.
Villa Agapanthus ist eine private Villa, die für geplante und bewusste Aufenthalte konzipiert ist.
Diese Bedingungen wurden festgelegt, um ein transparentes, gut organisiertes und entspanntes Aufenthaltserlebnis sowohl für die Gäste als auch für die Verwaltung der Unterkunft zu gewährleisten.
